On Ionic  what ever activities I turn on, self-turn off within 10 minutes.  On "Walk" it always urns off between 0.45 and 0.50.

 

"Swim wont last more than 4 or 5 length .  "Run" seems to last a bit longer but still turns itself off on its own

 

 

I had same problem with Blaze. I tolerated that until the Blaze stopped charging, and I had to get rid of that one.  This one has been good until recently and I cant figure out what to do.  Tempted to trash it go to a different brand.

Mine seems to be doing the similar. On the summary it tracks some of the exercise but not all it shows only part of the session. However when I drill down into the information, the full timescale and heart rates are there. For example today it says I have only done 15 minutes Bootcamp, with 3 minutes cardio and 12 minutes Fatburn. If you look at the detail, you will see 1hr 3 mins, with Cardio, Fatburn and substantial Peak intervals.

I have tried the reset 3 times thing, today and yesterday but no difference. It is very frustrating.
