@MattFitbit Can you provide some help with my Deezer issues?
I currently get the message Content Expired 'we haven't been able to connect to Deezer over wifi' etc
Can you answer the following:
How often do I need to 'verify wifi' details (whatever that means)? It is not always feasible to be able to connect to my home wifi to do this anyway as the whole point of music on the watch is to use it on the go. A few times I have been ready to run/workout to find there is no way to access my music!
Why is this check not undertaken when the watch syncs to the phone surely if I have an active 4G it can check that I have a paying account on Deezer?
Seems like another 'on the go' feature on this watch which really can't be used on the go

@MattFitbit any chance of a reply on this? - I have finally connected to WiFi however I am now being asked to connect my Ionic to the charger (for what purpose I don't know) which I do not have with me.
I cannot understand why there are so many hoops to jump through to use the music on this watch

It asks you to connect the charger to prevent a battery drain.

So I have to be connected to a charger and to WiFi just to verify that my Deezer subscription is up-to-date?
Can't see how that would use much battery at all or why WiFi is required
Look forward to Fitbit's view on this

My bad, I thought you were trying to sync a playlist to ionic. You need Wi-Fi and the charger to obtain any change to your playlists. Of course you can do this and without the charger, by choosing "force sync now".
To verify your deezer subscription all you have to do is to find the deezer app through the fitbit app and link your account. Once you ve done this it never prompt you again.

I am not a computer person AT ALL. I had to pay someone to download music from Spotify to my Ionic. After the first upgrade disaster, I had to do a factory restart and lost all my music. With the new upgrade and with the new Deezer app, I created two playlist and manage to transfer my songs to my Ionic, on the very first try. No issues at all. So, if I can do it anyone can.
Now if I can just get my texts to come through, life would be grand.

Hi all!
@jamesvfennell Thanks for reaching out about the 'Content Expired' message.
Just to confirm, in order for your subscription to be verified, you will need to plug in your Ionic and connect it to the Wi-Fi that was used to transfer the playlists. Though, you should only have to do this once in any 15 day period.
@dolcedelech3 @Osmar Sorry to hear that you weren't able to transfer your playlists. If you haven't already done so, I recommend following each of the steps detailed in this article.
If you continue to experience issues uploading, it may be worth trying from an alternate personal Wi-Fi network.
@Crusaders69 Great to see that you were able to get set-up!
@SunsetRunner Thanks for the assistance!
Feel free to let me know if anything else comes up!
