Hi all. Just purchased the Ionic. Still trying to adjust to my liking. How can I add yoga to the recognized exercise list. I've looked through the forum and tried any suggestions I found . Nothing seems to work.

@Puck0512Same here, Android... Go into your App Store and search for Firefox and install that. I use it on my PC's and have never had an issue for 3 years on Androids. Your friends may suggest Chrome from the same area,,

@Puck0512Welcome.... Go into your PC and under your Ionic there is an Exercise Shortcuts you can edit..
Here are your choices to a maximum of seven.. You can reorder them here after saving or on the App after you sync..
I use the Workout option a fair bit and rename the description , but the description must be in your Custom Activities then you can rename on your phone....An example is rapidly walking through a shopping mall, I set Workout and then burst type walking, then stopping...gives an interesting HR...

Remember to sync after you make your changes and rearrangements.

I have recently installed a nice application, recommended by me, trainer and I have found a set of this one. As I need a miracle in my life, to be transformed I decided to take some classes of yoga. My life is **ahem**ed off, divorced, deadlines, no focus, no concentration, no sex. Chanting Om as part of your daily meditation or yoga practice brings me into a deeper level of concentration and focus. Now, I feel like I fly. What do you think about this exercise? What results did you experience?
