Hi,
I bought my brand new Ionic Adidas edition primarily for its look but the Adidas app is absolutely useless! It only shows a name for an exercise how am I supposed to know what to do? I know some of the exercises but most I have no idea what to do. Is there a way to show a preview as in Fitbit Coach? Did miss it (tried the back shortcut as in the Coach app)?
Please consider updating the app with ANY form of explanation as to what the exercise is.
Currently, you can only see the exercise, go to next/pause, or see a list with the names only of all exercises.

Still no exercise preview on fitbit OS 3.0, any expected date for the fix. Its useless tohave no adidas preview, it jsut becomes a standard ionic. What good was it to pay the premium

Hi Team,
I love this watch I love everything about it.
I have spoken to Customer Service twice. (Two Idiots in India or somewhere who literally had no bloody idea what they were talking about. They were just reading stuff off a pre prepared script or just the manual even)
I have this same problem with my Adidas App.
I have tried a factory reset that apparently hasnt registered online so they told me to do it again and I refused. (It was a nightmare I was afraid I had broken the watch it sat and idled for over a day in the load screen then it took a while to reload everything piece by piece)
I have tried turning it off and on again about 1000 times.
Literally no one is helping me I dont know how other people on this forum have been able to receive any level of customer service above unhelpful.
I digress, This watch is awesome but the reason you pay the extra money and get this particular watch is because of the app. I want a new watch that actually works or someone to call me that can give me a bloody timeline for a fix apart from whats already on this forum saying "its coming we are working on it"
I would love to get something or someone to help out here apart from the abysmal service I got on the phone.

I'm running firmware version 27.33.1.30 and still have this issue. Maybe a festive treat of giving us a free year to premium coach would be nice whilst you get this fixed?
What do I need to do to get this resolved?

Just started having the same issue, no demos for adidas train app, but also noticed my workouts are not automatically being logged. Sad because I’ve past the 45 window for a refund. Even more pathetic is that I only bought this watch because my blaze failed and was given an discount...keep me updated on a fix as well.
For me, last known date of the adidas train app working was 12/15/18. Ordered my watch direct from Fitbit on 10/18 and received 10/23/18.

Hi All ... just another post to let Fitbit know they have another unhappy customer that has no 7 sec preview. I had my Adidas ionic because my blaze broken under warranty and the tried to give me a reconditioned blaze ! I complained and all they could offer is a 50% discount on a new Fitbit so I choose the Adidas ionic and it does not do what it’s advertised to do !! I’ve tried all the resets ect been back and forth with Fitbit but I’ve past caring now I give up a and wish I’d be brought an Apple Watch now !! Fitbit sort this problem out it’s past a joke now

Same thing as everyone else. I'm enjoying the Ionic Adidas device but it would be nice to get the Adidas app working properly.

Fitbit is still working on getting a fix for this. Rest assured that once I get any information or updates about this; I will share them with you. Please be patient as a fix will be coming for this.

My Adidas training app has no 7sec exercise previews either??
How will I know when the update is available?? Will it do it automatically? Will it show on the watch or app??

Whenever an update is available, our team will let you know through this thread. Also, apps on your watch update automatically when you have it plugged in to the charging cable and on Wi-Fi range. It should show on the Fitbit app. Please check this article for more details on this.

Mine is working now too. Automagically.
My Ionic is new to me but I love it.
All of us need patience. These forums seem to be full of the minority of people that have technical issues that want to vent. The majority of people are using it problem free.

Stewee has a point ... it has been going on for 3 months plus for some people. You don’t buy a product and have it not work fully for 3 months do you ??? It is a bit poor tbh. But hey looks like they have sorted it now so thank you Fitbit
