hello there,
my ionic is not vibrating anymore after i had factory reset.
my current version is: 70.8.0 (in fitbit app)
and is 27.70.8.0 (in ionic setting --> about section)
my iphone IOS is 13.6.1
the "Share system notifications" on bluetooth is enable
i tried:
1. factory reset again on the fibit
2. remove ionic on app, forget on bluetooth, remove app --> restart iPhone
3. setup ionic as new device on fitbit app, but no luck
do all there steps again on other android phone, but no luck too.
Ionic get all notification (phone call, text, other app notifications..) on pop up, on notification center screen, but not vibration.
thank to ionic, i missed so much important notification.
i read, try all suggestions on this post, no luc, i felt tired with it.
So, what should i do to bring the vibration back ? or buy other new fitbit device (LOL) ?

The long and short of it is as follows...
1. If you have a faulty device, like most of us do, you need to contact support and hope you’re under warranty. If you’re under warranty, you stand some chance of getting a device replacement. The support simply tell you to factory rest the device and hope for the best. If that fails, you might get sent a replacement.
2. If you’re out of warranty, you’re going to get a discount at best. A discount on another device that will fail in time, and then repeat the circle of frustrating Fitbit life...

I have a similar issue.. and support keep asking me to do the same-things over and over again. so frustrating.
i recieve notifications but no vibration. Alarms and phone calls alert. But not text messages or whatsapp messages.
i did a test and i get a vibration only when i have my message list open on the quick access screen.
i think fitbit messed that bit up. How do we get through to anyone to look into this.
Fitbit should fix this and gain an advantage over Apple
