After update, Ionic stopped syncing

after the recent update to the ionic mine stop pairing syncing with my Samsung s10.  I tried everything and after deleted from my profile to try and set up again my phone won't link to the ionic, and it doesn't show up on any Bluetooth list.

 

Did a factory reset and now its a paper weight. Will not turn on with any combo of buttons.  Plugged in or no, I get no response.  

 

HELP!!!!

Its not just not syncing...its totally bricked.  Nothing is happening with my fitbit
