After updating it, some settings are grayed out on Ionic

Since the latest OS update, I noticed that the following setting are no longer accessible (greyed out):

Brightness (set to DIM)

Do Not Disturb

Screen Wake

Anyone else?

Hi there I just went to the sleep mode and turned it off as per the forum.
I wasnt that concerned by doing so I may shut off the sleep tracker cause
it seems to be dysfunctional anyways.

Ill see in the morning if I am sorry. haha I'm either case I can see the
screen in the sun.

Hi everyone! Thanks for participating in the forums. 

It seems that after you updated your Ionic, the Sleep Mode setting turned on and you're unable to change the brightness and screen wake options. Please confirm you've turned off this option by doing the following: 

- Visit your watch's settings 

- Tap on Sleep Mode 

- Turn it off

Hi, the Sleep Mode setting is also greyed out, on my Ionic several options in settings are greyed out, you should come up with a software upgrade, now! I cannot use my watch outdoor! All this weird issue is unbelievable.

I’m having the same problems. Can’t see screen in outdoors at all. Brightness, sleep mode,‘do not disturb and screen wake are all greyed out. Nothing I do resolves this. I’m so frustrated on my trail runs and hikes. Please tell me you have aN immediate resolve for this issue.

I see where you're coming from. It's pretty weird that Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb mode are grayed out. I would like you to double check your Ionic settings, this could be the reason why you're unable to change the brightness. Can you confirm that this is the only setting that you're unable to change?

In settings go to sleep mode and disable it

On my ionic, I think sleep mode was the only one that wasn't greyed out. Perhaps shut down your device and power back on. See if you can change settings after that

Not sure my sleep mode wasn't greyed out. Am sure you tried the factory
reset after that don't know what to do except go to give chat and they will
send you a new one.

I have been able to get 2 replacements for other issues.

I have gone in to settings. How else would I attempt changing anything. Is there another way ?  I just opened a case with Fitbit. Hopefully there’s an immediate remedy. I have shut down many times already. No thing changes.

Yes same here ,after last update mine  has been acting up gray screen ,or screen won't work, now today it has the time 2 hrs earlier than it is.

not sure if you resolved this issue but i fixed it myself. nothing here helped me. 

Since basically every setting was greyed-out i changed my left control shortcut to quick settings and changed it from there
