All counters don't work

I woke up a couple of days ago and I noticed that all my counters have stopped working - heart rate, steps, distance, etc. I've reset it a few times and nothing happens. When I look at the app on my phone, only certain things are being registered like steps, distance, etc but heart rate and sleep arent being registered. Time, date and and battery are working fine.

I experienced similar situation after connecting to my laptop, usually use a tablet. Resetting a couple of times and syncing regularly to the tablet made no difference. Decided to change clock faces and behold cohnters all working. Changed back to the clock face originally used the bext day and all is still okay.

"I would like to point iuo that everything visit being registered when I look at the app."

Translation?  It has  opposite meanings depending on what "visit" is supposed to be.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sorry I wasnt clear... What I meant was that everytime I visited the app on my phone was being registered like steps, distance, etc. Sleep and Heart rate arent being registered though.
