All day syncing

Does anyone have the problem of the all day syncing not connecting? It says I need to pair with Bluetooth but when I check in setting it shows that it is connected and then not connected. Once it stays connected it still won't do the all day sync. Can anyone help with this?

Depends what phone you’re using. Personally, I don’t have any issue with All Day Sync.

@amandan817 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the All Day Syncing option. 

 

Please verify if you are using iOS 8 or newer on your phone. Also, try the following:

 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.
  • Try turning All Day Sync once again.

This should help you out.

I do have the same issue

Also issues with GPS and Sleepstages.

@Bahappy1 Thanks for your reply and for sharing those details.

 

A case with customer support was created in your behalf for you to get further assistance. I'd recommend reporting all of those issues to them using your case number. That way, they ca help you out to find a solution to get you back on track.
