App needs internet permission

I have an error message that has popped up on my home screen saying that the app needs internet permission. I can’t get rid of it and it prevents me from seeing my clock face. I have not loaded any new apps and i can’t find any missing appropriate permissions. The message does not say which app. Any views on how to fix this?

Thanks. It is a third party clock, but there is no permission check box in its settings. This just came out of the blue. However, based on your reply I just switched out my clockface to one of the Fitbit faces and it seems to have solved the problem. Shame because I liked the face I was using.

Hi, @Tim2006, have you tried a restart?

I'm getting the issue and it just started within the last hour. Reset does nothing.

Tim and Daniel, many 3rd party clock faces require permission to access the Internet.  Those that do, in their settings is a box to check to allow permission.  If that is the case for you, click on your clock face in your tracker settings and there should be a Gear Icon to click on for clock face Settings.

This did not work.  No Geer option in settings of the Versa 2 watch to fix following problem.  App requires internet permission, with has already and this watch worked prior today.  Suggestions??

Hi, @gamgigi , on your app select the Versa icon and on the next screen choose “clock faces”.  There yu can select from many options.  Choose a Fitbit clock face or one of the 3rd party ones.  When your Versa syncs the clock face will update.

I just had the same problem. I was really fond of the one I was using and didn’t want to get another one. Basically you just delete the watch face and re-download it. You have to remember the name of the watch face though. Mine was “tap tap” and I was easily able to find it again. Although I did have to do this once or twice and had to pay for it again.
