Apps disappeared from Ionic

When I set up my ionic all the apps were appearing on it, however some of them have disappeared  (settings, weather, strava). They are all installed on the mobile app.. how do I get them to show back up on the watch?

Hi

 

Had the icons missing to recently. restarting your tracker will get them back. Cat Embarassed
