Automatic cues for running exercise are reset to Off

When I set automatic cues for "Running" exercise on my Ionic (via web site, I don't have this setting on the watch) for certain distance, it is triggered/displayed only once after first exercise and then it is reset to "Off". I assume this is a bug? I am having software version 27.32.10.20

@SunsetRunner You should have the setting on your watch. It is located in each activity within the Exercise app.

Once you launch the Exercise app, select the activity you want to conffigure such as Run. Then click the gear icon in the upper left corner of the activity. Within this settings area you should see an option for "Show Laps" and "Automatic Lap Settings".

Hi @SunsetRunner,

Yes, it's a known issue, that we hope Fitbit will resolve in the next firmware update.
