Band broke

My first band broke within a MONTH. Now the replacement band won’t stay on. How can I get this Ionic replaced? 

Help!!!

Hi @Jillie1210 Welcome to the Community. Sorry to hear about your band. All you need to do is to contact Customer Support to get it replaced under Warranty.
