Best AnswerYou are right about the clasp but i am not sure if it is metal as it looks plastic to me. It should be pointing to the inner side of the strap and not to the outside. It’s not getting in the way of anything though it’s just a cosmetic problem.
Best AnswerI have the same "issue", seems like the holes and where the nut for securing the end of the strap is abit off.
Coming from the Apple Watch, I would have loved a similar solution, since that would always be flushed and no buckle, also was easy to put on with one hand.
Best AnswerTried taking some pictures showing the buckle and strap in the different positions. With the clasp in the flushed position for the strap
The clasp in the position where the strap is not flushed but the buckle pushed down for a more flushed look
Best AnswerThere's a gap on the bands in the last few photos. Seems to be that the end of the strap needs to be in the next revit. Mine fits tight/flush.
Best AnswerI have that gap too. Ordered a china band (a colour I like), it will be ironic if the china band fits better than the original.
Best AnswerMine is doing the same. The metal clasp sits up so far that it hangs on everything and I’ve literally scratched myself with it. I have tried using different holes. It is a design flaw.
Disappointed.
