Is anyone else having the issue where the metal clasp of th ionic band sticks out and does not sit flush with the band? It sticks out and look odd.

You just need to pull the strap through from the other side. It sits flush then.

You are right about the clasp but i am not sure if it is metal as it looks plastic to me. It should be pointing to the inner side of the strap and not to the outside. It’s not getting in the way of anything though it’s just a cosmetic problem.

Move the metal/plastic peg at the end of the other strap one hole closer to the buckle on your strap.  Then the buckle will lay flat.  I hope that sentence makes sense.

This helps a bit but it looks a bit off. Now there is a gap in the outer band not resting on the inner band.

I have the same "issue", seems like the holes and where the nut for securing the end of the strap is abit off.

Coming from the Apple Watch, I would have loved a similar solution, since that would always be flushed and no buckle, also was easy to put on with one hand.

There's a gap on the bands in the last few photos. Seems to be that the end of the strap needs to be in the next revit. Mine fits tight/flush.

You do realise that some people have wider wrists than others?

Yeah might be a question of  having it tighter than I like for daily wear. Thanks for the reply

I have that gap too. Ordered a china band (a colour I like), it will be ironic if the china band fits better than the original.

Utterly disappointed!

Mine is doing the same. The metal clasp sits up so far that it hangs on everything and I’ve literally scratched myself with it. I have tried using different holes. It is a design flaw.

Disappointed.
