Hi, this is the 3rd time I’ve had this happen and it’s so frustrating. Whenever I take my watch off charge it still thinks that is on charge, ie not showing any stats etc.  Please help me to resolve this issue swiftly. If this is now a regular occurrence and is a fault I would like this resolving asap before I fall out with the watch. Thanks

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
