This is happening to me now. My Ionic was 100% at 12:15 am last night. Wore it to bed and general daily use. (No workouts or exercise yet) And the battery is already down to 24% at 3:38 pm. 15 hours!!! I guess I'll have to charge it prior to working out this evening when I get home.

@svilardo I hope you are doing fine.
Let me help you with your Ionic's battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
@Christop really happy to hear that our Support team was able to replace your device and that you are back on track.

Same here too. Because of they sent a new update and next day it was worst watch i ever had. I contact fitbit and they say , nothing they can do. Since its out of warranty. It was just few weeks run out of Warranty and they say only i can do is buy a new fitbit. They offer me 30% discount on next buy. Which is ridiculous. I am very disappointed with fitbit. My ionic battery was 4-5 days no matter way i use it. But now, not even 36 hrs it last.My advice, dont buy fitbit. They downgrade u r warranty expired items and make u to buy new from them. No more on fitbit . Dont buy

Um no. None of that works. I don’t want a discount either. I do StepBet and I’ve already lost $80 from two games I was in due to be being disqualified from the games bc mine won’t hold a charge just for a 4 mile run starting with 100% battery life. All due to THIS UPDATE

Hi there. I have the same issue too. Normally when I charged it full at night before I sleep is 100% , by the time I wake up it is 34%. When i chargw it again in the morning, it will only last me few hours and will charge again at night. Several times I wear it and its flat. Shame coz my husband got it as an unwanted gift. I now know why it was unwanted as it's brand new but original owner doesnt want it.
