Battery at Zero

My battery was charged at 100% this morning. All I did today for exercise activity was 30 minutes on stationary bike. I changed nothing on the watch. Everything has been fine up until today. All of a sudden the watch was at ZERO. That never happened before. And I never got a low battery notification even though it's set to notify me. It just tanked fast.

 

Any thoughts/recommendations?

Try giving it a restart by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo). Then charge it to 100% again and see if that has helped. It could just be a software issue.

 

If not I would maybe then think about doing a full factory reset.
