Bedtime way off

I know about when I go to bed every night and my Fitbit ALWAYS reports that I fell asleep an hour, or two hours or sometimes even three hours after that.  I know I might toss and turn a little bit before I fall asleep, but I don't remember being awake for three hours.  Like last night I got in bed at about 11:15pm.  My Fitbit says I 'went to sleep' at 2:10am.  I don't remember being up that late.  I thought I had fallen asleep pretty quickly. Why is it always so off all the time?  Does anyone else have this issue and know what's the cause?

It's great to see you around @HeatherE303. Thanks for the detailed information shared.

It's pretty weird that your sleep is tracking after 2-3 hours you've been in bed. I would like you to restart your Ionic and change the sleep sensitivity. Wear your device higher on your wrist about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, the band should feel secure but not too tight.

Let me know how it goes.

No, it didn't really change anything.  Like last night I know I was asleep by 11pm or maybe a tad later and it said my bedtime was 12:59am.

Thanks for getting back @HeatherE303. Sorry for the delayed reply.

If you're moving too much at night during the first hours this can be the reason why your sleep isn't being detected once you're in bed. I would like you to try sleeping with the Ionic on your non-dominant hand.

Also, you can edit your sleep log following these steps. How do I change my sleep history?
