Bike exercise didn't sync to the app

 My fitbit (ionic) tracked my bike ride today but the exercise wouldn't show up when synced with the S9plus. It had tanked at federal other exercise just fine.  My gf charge 2 also didn't transfer her walk to the app today.

A warm welcome to the Community @FrJB! I would like you to provide me with more details to provide you with the proper troubleshooting, reply to the following questions: 

 

- Are you manually tracking bike or using SmartTrack?

- Have you restarted your Ionic?

- Do you have the latest firmware version of it? 

- Do you have the latest app version?

 

If you can let your girlfriend know that she can post her issue on the Charge 2 board, it would be great so we can troubleshoot hers as well.
