After upgrading to new firmware, my ionic has a big black dot.. it was initially small,, but it's growing.. it's weird that an upgrade is causing annoying experience.  I restarted 3 times.  I changed the clock face as well.

Can someone help ?

Try a Factory Reset if you can by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Great that Fitbit have provided you with a replacement.

No such luck with mine as out of warranty by a weeks.

Offered me a derisive 25% of another purchase which I did not take!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their overall support approach. The  watch was meticulously cared for & never once damaged or knocked, just simply failed - almost as if it was designed to.....?

Has anyone else experienced other types of odd “out of warranty” issues?
