My old ionic did not vibrate any more so I purchased a New Ionic through Fitbit on 1/17/2020. I received the new one and it would not do the update to complete installation so I sent a message and did some troubleshooting and deemed I needed a replacement and this was on 1/24/2020. I received my new one and it worked fine until today. Now I am getting a blank screen. I can feel it vibrate and it is still counting everything in the App. When you do a reboot the screen brightens up to almost white and then goes back to black. You can feel it vibrate after the reboot.
Best AnswerMy Ionic started doing this exact thing yesterday. I'm still getting vibrations for notifications and movement reminders, but the screen is completely blank. I've tried changing the clockface - the app (Android) seems to think it was successful, but the screen is still blank. I've also attempted restarts / resets, but I can't tell whether they are actually happening since nothing shows on the screen.
