Ionic not syncing

Not sure what happened but i performed factory reset and now i am getting a Bluetooth connection error. I have turned off Bluetooth several times and nothing. Any advised on how to get my ionic back connected

Have you removed the Ionic from the phones Bluetooth settings?
A factory reset of the ionic will mean that you will have to set it up as a replacement device.

Yes I have. I have it back on now but I get the Bluetooth error message and then it leaves
