I think it would depend on your hearing aids. Do they have bluetooth?

Best AnswerI am having the exact same problem. I cannot pair my Fitbit Vera’s with my Oticon hearing aids. Both have blue tooth...
What can I do to make this happen..
Best AnswerGood thing I'm getting all this information about it. Don't waste your time on the Apple Watch. I have a ReSound hearing aid. The bluetooth works on the Iphone, great! Unfortunately it's not for the Apple Watch. I've dealt for 4 days trying to connect my hearing aid to the watch bluetooth, it doesn't work. I called both Apple and ReSound, it's not for the watch. Only for the phone.
Best AnswerHi! I am an audiologist. Unitron (Discover models) and Phonak (Marvel Models) now have hearing aids that are not MiFi and are instead compatible with Bluetooth in general. The limitations are they can really only connect with one thing at a time and don't necessarily switch well. I completely forgot about this thread so I didn't remember to check into this when they came out earlier this year. But I have successfully managed to get them connected and I will endeavor to play with them some more tonight and tomorrow to see what kind of utility they have.
The reason the Resound and Oticon aids weren't connecting is they were not exactly connecting to Bluetooth exactly, it was a MFi (distinct from MiFi) protocol, and only certain models of iPhone, iPad, and iPod had the right things to connect to the aids.
As two brands (well, really they are sister companies owned by the same parent company) have recently moved into a more generic market, I would imagine others will be soon too.
Were you able to get your Marvels to connect? I'm an audiology assistant and having trouble with it. I was so hoping to be able to use this as a selling feature lol
Best Answer@Mellyk226 I actually was but it worked only with the primary streaming aid, if the secondary aid was on it would asynchronously stream across. And as said before it was a pain to unpair and repair. I haven't tried again since the update that allows for having two Bluetooth devices connected.
Best AnswerThey're Phonak Marvels. I put the the iconic in pairing mode and then turned the primary aid (usually the right one) on and off which sets it into pairing mode. Then just treated it like any other Bluetooth headset. I really should retry this.
