Bought ionic then returned it after discovering it's not compatible with my oneplus5. Requesting engineers to add oneplus5 compatibility to the ionic. If compatible I would definitely buy another one. Thank you.

techs) I was unable to sync properly. They ended up suggesting synching
directly to the desk/laptop, which is a fine solution but not how I wanted
to do it. I would not assume that I know what someone else's experience
is, or should be. It's not helpful.

I've used my Ionic with OnePlus 3T, 5, 6, TMO 6T, and now the OnePlus 6T McLaren. So, it *IS* possible for Ionics to sync with those OnePlus phones.

According to the list of supported devices, this phone is not compatible. Any issue you may experience with it is due to its incompatibility.
