I have repeatedly received calibration Issues on my brand New Ionic, however every time i go to calibrate it it fails. I have yet to successfully calibrate it and i’ve Attempted to at least 20 times. Another issue I’m facing is my Fitbit is not registering my heart beat. Any suggestions?

@Justin09 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic calibration and heart rate issues.
In this case, to fix calibration; please plug your Fitbit watch into the charger and leave it there for a few minutes. Calibration message should disappear.
Regarding heart rate; please try these wrist placement tips. That should certainly help you out with this. You could also try restarting your Ionic and checking these troubleshooting steps.
