I am concerned that my calorie count is off on my Ionic. I walk over 8 miles a day and I’m not even getting 2,200 calories burnt. On all of my past Fitbits, that was not the case. I also compare with friends that have different models with similar step counts and their calorie burns are much higher.

Nice to see you here @goomoses. How are you?
Thanks for sharing your concerns about the accuracy of your Fitbit Ionic. You can find some good details about how this feature works in this master post. Also check these help articles about accuracy:
- How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?
- How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Please confirm that all your information on the Fitbit App is accurate: Fitbit app > Account > Your name > Personal.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have questions.

I have all of my information set correctly. This is my 4th or 5th Fitbit and I’ve never had issues with it being accurate until this one. Any other suggestions?
