Can’t get ionic to connect long enough to sync

Ok I’ve tried everything, hard reset, eliminate all other Bluetooth devices, restart phone, restart ionic, eliminate the ionic device, but now it won’t stay connected long enough to add back to my account. Has Fitbit gotten to big and now quality is suffering?

this really sucks!

@J63mcn  - when you removed the Fitbit device, did you complete the removal by going into your iPhone settings and “forgetting” the Ionic there?

To get everything back in sync, please try this:

  1. If it is still there, then remove the Ionic from your Fitbit IOS app. And forget the ionic in the IOS bluetooth settings.
  2. Power down your iPhone. Start it back up.
  3. Fully charge your Ionic then restart it three times in quick succession.
  4. Then open the Fitbit app try again to set up a new device.

The secret is in the timing of the steps. Please let me know if this works.
