Can't reboot Ionic

hello

i'm trying to reboot my ionic but even pressing the left button and the below button on the right i cant make it! all it shows it's the a blinking logo of the fitbit!

can someone help me ?

It might be that your Ionic is stuck showing the Fitbit logo, you may want to restart it instead of performing a factory reset. Could you provide me with more details about why you're trying to perform a factory reset?
