I have my Ionic 90% set up, can't seem to sync Pandora stations, either my top stations or the "workout" stations you can select from. My Ionic syncs to my phone app fine (so far), but for reason the stations never seem to load to tracker. I let it update over night, and nothing loaded, just says "No Stations Yet". I have tried re-sync and force sync a few times now. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd love to use this feature. Please Help Fitbit!

Hmm, you work for fitbit? That’s odd that it works perfect for you. Very odd. Because every paying customer is having problems.

Same. I’m on my second Ionic, this is infuriating and I’m glad I’m not the only one having these issues. Every one is and the support literally told me they haven’t heard of any of the problems the watch was having. Yea right.

I'm not sure where in the Pandora process I am. On my FitBit app for my phone, I go to MEDIA and then click on Pandora "set up now". Most of the time it will let me input my username and password then just sits spinning for a huge amount of time and kicks out. The other times when I input the info, the screen simply goes white and won't move. Any advice for a newbie would be appreciated.
Thanks so much.

You're farther than me... I'm on my second ionic now. The battery is lasting now, but this music thing is a joke. I select pandora on the iphone app or the laptop (with my NON 5G wifi connection). It tells me to check the fitbit for progress. Fitbit won't acknowledge anything is happening... Could this process be made any harder or dumber???

I had the same issue. You will need to make sure that you don't have Offline Mode set on the Pandora App. Please let me know if this works for you.

Sorry to here that. I just got mine Tuesday and I was able to resolve today. I gave up using the WIFI at home. Fortunately I have 2 cell phones and one has hotspot. I made sure my cell that has the Fitbit app and my watch was both connected to the hotspot. I delete the Pandora App from the watch and reinstalled. You do have to make sure you sync the watch after every change on the app and restart the watch. Very painful process.

I was having the same problems. Decided to Uninstall Pandora and reinstall it. After I uninstalled it using the fitbit app under my apps, it is no longer available even under All Apps to reinstall. Reset my ionic to factory default. After going through all of this, it is still not listed under all apps. How can I reinstall pandora? I have had this watch for 24 hours and it has been a huge headache with all of the bugs.

It seems that @Bamoneal and @Patty_123 have setup Pandora successfully. For those of you who have still not setup Pandora successfully, please let me know where in the process you're getting stuck.
In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:
- Restart Ionic
- Remove Pandora app
- Add Pandora app
- Go through the Setup process
For a guide on setup, check out our help article with detailed Pandora setup instructions. You can also check out this Pandora setup video.
@Patty_123 If possible, can you share what you did to get Pandora setup?

@bobthetomato Great to see you on the forums! If you are within the United States, I would recommend visiting your profile settings and selecting your country. This will allow the Pandora app to appear on your All Apps list.
Please note, Pandora is only available in the United States at this time.
@cmgomes Welcome to the community! Were you able to get your Pandora stations synced over? If not, let me know where you got stuck in the process.

After troubleshooting this for a while, the problem I've been having finally showed itself--the WiFi connection wasn't working as expected. Here's the steps of how I fixed it. (This was with the Windows app, but I believe it will work the same for the other apps).
Once WiFi is set up in the app, verify that it has a good connection with the Ionic. How do we do this?
1. Check WiFi setup in the Fitbit app.
In the app, select the account icon, then the Ionic tracker. Select Media, then Manage Networks. (It may take a few seconds for the list to come up). Click on the network name you created when setting up WiFi. Then you should see a series of numbers after IP, like X.X.X.X. If there are no numbers, then there may be a problem with the WiFi setup. If the number is there, write it down.
2. Check WiFi setup on the Ionic watch.
On the Ionic, select Settings, down to About, then scroll to IP Address. Verify that the IP address number matches in the app and on the Ionic. If there are different numbers, then there's an issue on the WiFi router/device.
3. Check that WiFi is operational.
The easiest way to do this is to use the Music app on the watch. We'll just use it to make sure WiFi is working, not for the Pandora transfers. When in Music, scroll down and select Transfer Music. You'll see a message "Connecting..". When the message "Ready to Transfer" comes up, you'll know the Ionic is successfully connecting to your WiFi network. Leave this screen by clicking the left side button twice, to return to the apps, without ending the Music transfer. This was a critical step to getting things working.
4. Start the Pandora transfer.
In the app, select Media, then Pandora. Then select Force Update Now. You'll see a message "Checking the Status of Pandora". Some seconds will pass, then you should see "Syncing...". Without leaving the transfer music window running (Step 3), often I could not get the Sync to begin. Since doing Step 3 each time, my Pandora transfer success rate went from less than 50% to near 100%.
Since it takes a while for all the sync to happen, it's good to just leave it for a while, let the transfer happen and let the watch charge some.
Also, I noticed sometimes when going back into the Pandora app on the Ionic, that some of the stations weren't showing up. By restarting the Ionic, the others would sometimes appear. If a station isn't showing up after a restart, then go back to step #3 and let it sync again. Go for a short walk and check back again. Eventually, it should be all synced up.
Those are my notes, hopefully they'll be of some use.

Sorry but saying that you tired everything tells me nothing since I don't know what everything inclides.
Have you tried looking at the Pandora faq

I have tried everything on these forums multiple times to fix the Pandora sync issue.
Here is a new one. I opened a case, when things were not working a couple weeks ago. Fitbit engineering team replied to one of my emails a few days later saying things on my account look like they should be working. Miraculously Pandora stations started loading that day, one at a time, until 3 days later I had all 3 stations. Ran a few time and used the Bluetooth feature which worked ok, bluetooth connection cuts out some. Now a week after, my stations are starting to disappear one at time. Not really sure what is going on.
