I have my Ionic 90% set up, can't seem to sync Pandora stations, either my top stations or the "workout" stations you can select from. My Ionic syncs to my phone app fine (so far), but for reason the stations never seem to load to tracker. I let it update over night, and nothing loaded, just says "No Stations Yet". I have tried re-sync and force sync a few times now. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd love to use this feature. Please Help Fitbit!

Hi MattFitbit - I'm having a similar issue. I've posted photos and gone through support to try and address the issue and I'm still having problems. The fitbit app is also having me confirm I'm connected to wifi EVERY TIME I open up the Pandora app, is that normal?

I am confused about this post being marked as “RESOLVED”. I spent the last two days attempting to download my Pandora music on to my Ionic. I was actually on the phone with customer support for over 5 hours today. After trying every solution the support department could think of, including EVERYTHING you have listed, I was told that “Fitbit engineers are aware of the problem but have no solutions at this time for downloading Pandora to Ionic Fitbit watches.” They told me that “Fitbit hopes that at sometime in the future an update would be made available to fix this issue.’ No time frame could be given.
I upgraded my Fitbit Blaze to an Ionic for the sole purpose of eliminating the need to carry my phone on runs. I do not have a desktop or a laptop computer so downloading my personal music was not an option. My only choice was to BUY a subscription to Pandora, which I did. Unfortunately, that does not work.
I am returning the watch for a replacement in the hope that the problem is my watch but from what I am hearing and reading, that is not the case.
Incidentally, I received a set of Fitbit Flyer headphones for Mothers Day which I obviously cannot use. Perhaps you can sense my frustration with this product and your posting that this issue is “RESOLVED”.

Best AnswerI just bought -and paid a TON of money- for this watch, for the sole reason of being able to run - with my music- without having to lug my phone around with me. Well, I can't download my music from my laptop, I've used THREE different accounts with Pandora trying to get it downloaded on this watch, and still no dice. Thanks for making $500 useless for me. I saved for a year to buy this watch and now I'm just SOL.

Best AnswerI am having trouble with my Fitbit app. None of my stations besides thumbprint radio are showing up as options to download to my watch. I am signed into Pandora and the watch is synced and plugged in and I have Pandora premium but am seeing none of my stations that I have on Pandora.
I've done all of these steps and I can't eve get past the Fitbit+Pandora screen in the app.
Suggestions?
