I have my Ionic 90% set up, can't seem to sync Pandora stations, either my top stations or the "workout" stations you can select from. My Ionic syncs to my phone app fine (so far), but for reason the stations never seem to load to tracker. I let it update over night, and nothing loaded, just says "No Stations Yet". I have tried re-sync and force sync a few times now. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd love to use this feature. Please Help Fitbit!

A warm welcome to the Community @TInanfish! I appreciate the steps you've performed. I would like you to make sure that you're following this procedure to listen to Pandora stations on your Fitbit watch.
Since, you mentioned that you're not able to get past the Fitbit+Pandora app. I would like you to force quit the app and try once again. If after this, you're still not able to continue with the process, provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing.

I'm afraid to reset my ionic. I'm on my 3rd replacement already. Last time I did a reset it didn't turn on. Who knows if this new replacement will do the same. I'm so close to just calling it quits with Fitbit and move on to a smartwatch.

@SilviaFitbit Here we go again. This is my second Ionic, as my first one bricked and it was under warranty so I got a new one. Now, because I am having significant problems connecting to WiFi, my Ionic now has announced that it has a "problem" with my Pandora Plus account. Thus, all of my stations are unavailable.
This happened to me with my first watch, too. So, why can i access the WiFi, and then the watch can't access the wiFi, when I do nothing differently? i have followed all of the instructions on here.
It is so tiring. The Ionic is really fun when it works. It just doesn't work right very often. I don't understand why I have to struggle with WiFi every time I try to charge the Ionic. It just should work all the time. I am not a techie, so this is frustrating.
Maybe it is time to move on and save some $$ for an Apple Watch.
Any help at all?

Ionic is so much fun when it works. It just is so hard to use. I bought it for running and for music. I bought a Pandora Plus subscription. The Ionic just doesn't easily connect to WiFi, and now, because I have had so much trouble connecting when I charge my Ionic for several weeks, it doesn't recognize my Pandora account.
I am not sure why this is so hard. I follow all of the instructions, and troubleshooting, over and over again. A definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Well, this Ionic is driving me insane. Does it count steps? Yes. Does it connect to GPS? yes. But my $50 Soleus GPS did too. I wanted and expected better.

Yikes, people are still trying to make this device work? Give up. Much better options from... well... about everyone. Personally, I'm on the Samsung Galaxy watch now and it's brilliantly good.
And Fitbit... BTW, you can't even get your forum pages to work? Just got flooded with notices to my email account, one for every reply EVER on this thread. Brilliant.

I have been doing the above instructions intermittently for 3 months now with the hopes that this time it will work. It still is not working even though my fitbit app on my phone says I have stations loaded but watch says not loaded stations. When I force it to sync is says preparing to load but nothing actually happens. Everything is connected and all my other apps work. I have even set my ionic back to manufacture settings with the hopes of just starting over. This did not work and just served to be more frustrating then anything.I have also spent a good hour on the phone with customer support which was useless. I knew more than the person who was trying to help me. He took me through all the above steps again and it still did not work. We left it with my brand new Google Pixel 3 is not a good phone and obviously not compatible. Despite the fact it has synced before. This is not resolved. I bought this so that I would not have to carry my phone around the gym, which I have now been doing for 3 months. I am really on the verge of getting something else. What a waste of money.
