Clasp lost from Ionic wristband

Hi All. 

I've recently lost the little metal (or plastic) 'stud' or nodule that clips the wrist band together. 

Anyone else ever lost this and is it replaceable?

Went to eBay. Likely used but it's a clasp and looked completely fine.

It doesn’t help. It’s completely ridicules That a part that just falls off the wristband can’t be purchased for replacement.

BTW, my previous band was a Versa, the battery charging connection broke and the watch died.  I took the clasp loop from the Versa band and use it on the ionic.  It's not great but works.

This is unacceptable 

as I will wear it with the band flapping I’ll be sure to share that this is a joke as a quality product 

I’ll also mention that I have been a user of Fitbit for 3 yrs

How can CORP BE SO ACCEPTABLE OF THE “ oh purchase comes with additional band, so switch and you’ll have 1 ionic, 1 working band ( unless it happens again ) AND WE GET YOUR MONEY

Has anyone taken this problem public to the Fitbit social media pages??? 

Since Fitbit don’t seem to give a **ahem** about the multiple complaints regarding this blatant design fault, I wonder would they adjust their position if we complained en mass publicly on their social media pages? 

Thoughts on this approach ladies & gents??

The device needs to be recalled! Several claps later and a strap flapping at me daily... I fear it will be the watch that will be lost any day now.... It is not fit for purpose and Fitbit cannot continue to fob us off and ignore the fault with their product.

Hi all,

 I’m outta here. Bought a Garmin Vivoactive 3 yesterday. It has a normal band, long battery life and great displays. Reminds me to get up and move. $249.00 Australian from JB-HiFi. Learned my lesson, goodbye FitBit.
