Have you tried selecting and installing a new clock face and then re-installing the one you have? I've had some issues with clock faces that were cleared by doing this.

When I try to install a different clock face I keep getting an unable to install message. install failed, please try again. I’ve been doing this for two days and I’m frustrated.
