Hey guys!!!
my ionic is showing all data as 0, yet when I sync my phone the steps are still showing on the app, I’ve tried switching it off and on a few times with no joy. Any advice?!

Mine has been like that for 2 weeks. I've tried everything EXCEPT a factory reset. That might be my next step.

Sorry you're both not seeing your data on the clockfaces you have selected for your Ionic. Our team is currently aware of this issue happening on certain clockfaces, but we would like to gather more information.
Can you both provide screenshots of the Permissions that you have enabled? That would be great if you can reply with the screenshots in this thread. After you have taken the pictures try this:
- If all permissions are ON, then re-enble the permissions.
- If all are OFF, enable the permissions.
