 Having problems getting my ionic to show detailed stats, the first image is what another member managed to get whereas the second one is what my app shows me after I complete a swim, am I doing something wrong in terms of tracking?

@Laura-g Welcome to the Fitbit family! How are you tracking your swimming exercises? 

 

Are you tracking them from the Exercise app on your watch? or is it automatically tracking them through SmartTrack? Note you will need to enable swim tracking on Auto-Recognized Exercises on the Fitbit app.

I am not the original person who asked but have the same question. I opened the swim exercise before starting and it isn't giving me that same detailed information. Is that exclusive to IOS?
