This morning i've tried to reset my ionic (100% battery) to factory settings, because the wallet was not showing on the watch. After i touched the reset to factory settings, ionic closed and never open again. I've tried everything: 2 button restart, 3 button reset (with and without the charger connected), i even tried letting the cable connected to the watch bun not connected to any power supply.
Is there any other thing i can try? I just read that someone had the same issue and fitbit only gave 10% off for a new watch.
BTW all the problems started from the last software update in november, when if a had 100% battery and shut down the watch, when i want to power it on after 1 or 2 days, the battery was empty.
