Am I completely disappointed, the initial setup of a new product having problems? Sorry I would send ALL the development team of this product, it is an abuse I pay 300 dollars and not be able to use. I'll return the product tomorrow and look for something other than that. One thing for FITBIT, if I buy the product I WANT TO USE AT THE SAME MOMENT, period!
