I don't have that experience. Did you try restarting your device by holding all 3 buttons until the FitBit logo appears? If so, did it fix it for you?

That looks like a returns job. Suggest you contact the seller and ask for a replacement. If bought direct from fitbit, then get in touch with customer support and send them the pictures.

Hi Arasok, any solutions from Fitbit? My ionic has this display this evening & now the screen is all black even with full battery charged..I bought it from Challenger (retailer)  on 31 Oct 2017, went back to Challenger to exchange for another ionic because the screen has no reaction when i swip it left or right..and now this...hiaz

Hi I send it back to Fitbit and got a replacement. No issue with the replacement.

I see..i hope i can get a replacement from the retailer today..this is the 2nd time i’m exchanging after 3 months..hope the replacement will work out fine.
