I did your update and now I'm getting this weird blue display screen. I've tried resetting the watch by pushing back and lower buttons  and then all 3 together. Still getting the weird blue display.  Help

@ElizabethSkorup Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is displaying the blue screen. I would like you to provide me with a picture of the display you're seeing.
