When I select the exercise app. In my Fitbit Ionic it flashes that I selected it but then goes back to the menu screen. Does the same for the settings app.

@Booms Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you are currently experiencing with Ionic Exercise and Settings app not opening.
Please perform a restart on your Ionic. This should certainly help you out with this.
Also, please update your watch once you get the prompt to do so. New OS version has been rolling out progressively. Check this thread for more details on this.

I have this same problem. It just started happening this morning when I attempted to log an exercise. Both the Exercise app and the Settings app will not launch. When I touch those icons, it flashes up for a second, and then goes back to the menu screen. I have tried restarting the Ionic several times but the same issue still occurs. The app says I am running version 33.1.30, which I believe is up to date. Any help?
EDIT: This issue was resolved by doing a factory reset of the Ionic.
