Windows 10 version 2.36 is crashing

The new version of the Fitbit app for Win10 mobile (2.36.1639.0) removed the previous version (2.35.1613.0) from the phone. Unfortunately, the new version does not work ("needs repair"). As a result, I have nothing. How can I get back to the last working version?

The key phrase in that email is also the answer to your problems. It says fitbit's aware that those of you who updated to version 2.36 of the app are having problems.

So the answer to the problem is if your Fitbit is syncing fine to your phone, DON'T UPDATE THE APP! NEVER update a good working fitbit app unless you like to gamble. Turn off the auto update on your phone and update your other apps manually.

I like Fitbit a lot, but they REALLY struggle to make good working apps, so when you get a combination of phone/app and fitbit that work well together, don't gamble with your sanity by updating the app.

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your feedback. As my friend @Slavekk mentioned, this issue is resolved by the most recent app update. Please update to version 2.36.1645. Thanks for your patience with this, it's appreciated. Woman Wink

I've moved your post to the Windows 10 App board as there are more chances to get related replies here.
