I have been using fitbit's for years and I have never had a Fitbit that has lasted longer than 6 to 8 months before it starts having issues with connectivity receiving messages among other issues. After countless exchanges I have decided that I am returning my Fitbit to where I purchased it and I will be looking for another manufacturer of smart watches.
