Got a fitbit ionic as a birthday gift.... stop charging 5 days ago.... and when i called customer service..... i did everything they told me to do and my fitbit stil not working! So the best thing they could tell was.... we will send you a 25% discount code for you to get a new firbit bc we can not fix the one you have and we don't know why stopped working.... so thanks but no thanks!!
