How do I request a refund?

Ionic arrived in the mail and after over 2 hours of charging and looking up how to even get this thing to turn on I quit.  For $300 I shouldn't have to work this hard and I want my money back

And yes, I've tried every button combination and the problem is the screen never turns on so any advice given online is pointless
