I am having trouble signing in to the Fitbit Coach app it says that my email is already associated with another account does anybody know what is causing this issue. I am trying to sign in using my fitbit account if that helps

Hi @MikeyJG,
Is it possible you used that email address to sign up for FitStar at some point? Either way, you'd want to contact Fitbit Support, so they can sort it out for you.
Best AnswerI believe I used that email for fit star I thought it wouldn't make a difference since coach is the new FitStar
