I am having trouble signing in to the Fitbit Coach app it says that my email is already associated with another account does anybody know what is causing this issue. I am trying to sign in using my fitbit account if that helps

Hi @MikeyJG,
Is it possible you used that email address to sign up for FitStar at some point? Either way, you'd want to contact Fitbit Support, so they can sort it out for you.

I believe I used that email for fit star I thought it wouldn't make a difference since coach is the new FitStar
if I'm not mistaken
