When I start my plank exercise at the gym is Fitbit Ionic automatic starts measuring my time? At plank?Is Fitbit Ionic also a couch?

@WendyB ciao I'm still trying to see how I can flag a plank workout. Should I use a basic "workout"? Anything more specific ?

@ggclass  if you want to time it than yes use Workout. It's to be used when things are not listed. 

Then I would set up a custom Exercise and rename it to plank when it syncs
