I've had my Ionic for 2 1/2 years now still works very well. I try to never charge it past 90% and never let it get below about 40%. This has me charging it about 3 times a week.

I still have mine from the day it came out and I have posted numerous times
the bug and how to work around it not turning on.

Clean the connections of both the ionic and charging cable with 70% or
better rubbing alcohol.

Then hold all buttons for 30 seconds if no watch count Mississippi. This
will discharge remaining battery life.

Attach power wait one minute minimum. Again hold all three buttons then
release one while holding main and bottom still. The power on logo will
appear. You may have to repeat this step. I have cleaned several of the
ionic watches and this problem is a constant but my method has yet to fail
me. If need be email me and I will send a video clip to show how I get it
to work. Longassdays@gmail.com

Good luck.

I have three Ionics.  None of them work! I went back to my old Blaze.  It still works fine.
