 After update my fitbit ionic is flashing in the fitbit logo doesn't work anymore already try a factory reset an doesn't work

Welcome to the Forums @Valenico1.

 

Thanks for bringing this up and for letting us know that you have tried to factory reset. I will be moving this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to run the set up once again. That should do the trick in getting everything to work correctly once again.
